Refund and Returns Policy

At Beauty.com.pk, customer satisfaction is important to us. This Refund & Return Policy explains the conditions under which returns, exchanges, and refunds are accepted, in accordance with common e-commerce practices in Pakistan.

1. Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return or exchange if:

  • The product is damaged, defective, or leaking at the time of delivery
  • You received an incorrect product
  • The product is expired (if applicable)

Return requests must be made within 3 days of delivery.

2. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are non-returnable and non-refundable:

  • Opened or used cosmetics, skincare, haircare, or beauty products
  • Products with broken seals or missing original packaging
  • Items purchased on sale, clearance, or promotion (unless damaged or incorrect)
  • Free gifts or complimentary items

3. Condition of Returned Products

To be eligible for a return:

  • The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging
  • Original invoice or proof of purchase must be provided
  • Items showing signs of use, tampering, or damage caused after delivery will not be accepted

4. How to Request a Return

To initiate a return or exchange:

  1. Contact us within 3 days of receiving your order
  2. Share your order number, reason for return, and clear images or video of the product
  3. Our support team will review and guide you through the process

5. Return Shipping

  • If the return is approved due to our error (wrong, damaged, or defective item), return shipping will be covered by Beauty.com.pk
  • If the return is due to customer preference (e.g., changed mind), return shipping costs will be borne by the customer

6. Refund Process

Once the returned item is received and inspected:

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days
  • Refunds will be issued via:
    • Bank transfer
    • Wallets (JazzCash / EasyPaisa), if used for payment

Cash on Delivery (COD) orders: Refunds will be processed via bank transfer or mobile wallet only.


7. Exchanges

  • Exchanges are subject to product availability
  • If the replacement product is unavailable, a refund or store credit may be offered

8. Order Cancellations

  • Orders can be canceled before dispatch by contacting our support team
  • Once dispatched, cancellation requests will be treated as returns and subject to this policy

9. No Refund Situations

Refunds will not be issued if:

  • The product is used, opened, or damaged by the customer
  • Return request is made after the allowed timeframe
  • Incomplete items or missing packaging are returned

10. Policy Updates

Beauty.com.pk reserves the right to update or modify this policy at any time without prior notice. Changes will be effective once posted on this page.
